1. Nature of the Service
Kyle Residents Directory is a privately operated reference. It describes and links to public rolls, indexes, and historical collections relevant to Kyle, Texas. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with any office, court, library, or records custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or information found through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. No Consumer Reports

11. Texas Law
Texas law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Requests for public information from Texas governmental bodies are governed by the Texas Public Information Act, Texas Government Code chapter 552, alongside the applicable custodian's procedures.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
